Payment Structure

1. Deposit (Non-Refundable) – 25% Upon Booking

  • Secures client’s spot
  • Covers initial logistic costs, hotel reservations, permits, guide scheduling.

2. Second installment – 50% – 60 days Before Departure

  • Used to finalize major expenses such as transportation, gear allocation, high alitutde logistics, gourmet provisioning

3.Final Balance – 25% – 30 days Before Departure

  • Finalize logistics. Ensures all costs are covered before client arrives.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Client Cancellation

  • More than 90 days Before Departure – Full refund minus 25% deposit.
  • 60-90 days Before Departure -: 50% refund of total payment.
  • 30-60 days Before Departure – 25% refund of total payment.
  • Less than 30 days Before Departure – no refunds.

2. Transfer Option

  • Instead of cancellation, a client can transfer the booking to another person or reschedule for a future expedition (within 12 months), subject to availability and fees.

3. Operator Cancellation

  • Force majeure, safety concerns, travel restrictions.
  • Full credit towards a future expedition if postponed by factors beyond control.
  • Partial refund only if costs have not been incurred.

4.Travel Insurance Requirement

  • Clients must purchase comprehensive travel insurance, covering cancellations, medical evacuation, trip delays and high altitude emergencies (this will ensure a return of your refund if you cancel).
